Black & white photo. Taken at La Jolla Cove during Winter after sunset with my trusty FinePix S5200 at ISO 64, f/3.6, & 1s. Post-processing done with Google Picasa.
So today I decided to make some free social media icons, and now you can use them for your own web projects! (And I’ve been adding to the set over the years.) No attribution required (but some recognition would be nice, at least a “thank you” in the comments, and they may not be redistributed or sold). You can download the icons here. They’re nice and neutral (dark gray circles and white) and fit in with plenty of designs. I’ve saved them out in PNG in 32px, and 128px sizes. I also included the SVG vector source as well as a PDF vector in case you want to edit them or add color or save the icons in custom resolutions or whatever.
(I would like to note that when I originally posted the icon set, it contained a fraction of the icons as they do now. So if you want an icon that’s missing from the list, ask!)
Included are the following social media icons:
Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Path, MySpace, Last.fm, Spotify, Skout, Foursquare, Pinterest, Instagram, Photobucket, Google Picasa, Flickr, SmugMug, YouTube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Vine, Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress, Drupal, Evernote, Blog (generic), FeedBurner, RSS, Email (generic), StumbleUpon, Digg, Delicious, Technorati, Reddit, Forrst, deviantART, Behance, Dribbble, Google, Yahoo!, Bing, OpenID, Wikipedia, Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Windows, Linux, LinkedIn, iTunes, Yelp, Amazon.com, Etsy, eBay, PayPal, DropBox, Google Drive, Contact (generic), Google Talk, Google Hangouts, Skype, Chat bubble (generic), Heart (generic), Bookmark (generic), Share (generic), Print (generic), Creative Commons.
(The copyrights and trademarks of any logos are owned by their respective copyright and trademark holders.)
Every project I take is special, and every design I create is unique. Everything from a project's scope to the purpose of a design can influence how much a project will cost. As a result, I haven't set any fixed prices for websites, logos, or other design materials.
I understand that you want to know what to expect price-wise, and so I have compiled this information for you:
- Websites: Ballpark range is $1,500 to $5,000. Price is influenced by design complexity/number of revisions, number of pages, and special features (like a CMS, a blog, jQuery plugins, use of databases, or contact forms).
- Logos: Ballpark range is $200 to $800, depending on what the logo is for, complexity, and number of concepts/revisions.
- Print materials: The cost of print items like business cards, flyers, and posters varies by kind and number of pieces or pages. Ballpark range is $100 to $1000.
To get a better idea of how much your project will cost, just request a quote! The quote is one thing that is always free.
GreenLeaf Imaging gives back
I donate a percentage of all income I make from my work here to charity. So you know that when you purchase a service from me, be it anything from a large website project to a basic business card, you are also helping a good cause.
